This breathing practice, once learned, is a fantastic tool to face any situation with a positive, empowered mindset.
This is a 60 minute guided online session with Zoom. A link will be sent to you by email. As this is your first session, you will receive a taster session consultation form by email that is best completed and returned prior to your appointment.
