An introductory workshop to experience the effectiveness of your breath to transform your physical and mental health.
This is a 2.5 hour, small group event to introduce you to the conscious, connected breathing pattern and how it can benefit you at all levels of your being and your life.
You will receive awareness coaching and a facilitated breathing session to experience the shifts that can be made mentally and emotionally in a short space of time.. Learning how your breathing pattern reflects the stress of your life and how consciously opening your breathing pattern breaks through internal resistances, energizing your body and mind to new levels of love and peacefulness.
