About online sessions:
A taster session (60 mins) enables you to learn about the benefits of improving your breathing practice and to experience a short, guided breathing session with music to feel the changes in awareness and energy that is brought about by this practice. I also offer 90 minute in person sessions, see below.

- It saves time; you don’t need to drive anywhere, especially on dark, winter nights.
- It supports self-empowerment; you will be guided to be more hands-on in your self- healing practice.
- It saves money; the cost is lower and it saves on petrol.
- You can be more comfortable; in your own home or a suitable place where you have all the resources you need.
- You can maintain the effect of relaxation; by protecting this time and space you can extend the period of relaxation to suit yourself.

- a gentle time of feedback and consolidation of learning and new self-awareness.
