The aim of one-to-one sessions are to assist you to be the person you deep down know you can be if given the right support.
These sessions go deeper, touching sensitively on past experiences, false beliefs and long held fears. With coaching, using the conscious connected breathing technique, somatic exercises, positive affirmations, music and individual attention each session will be truly memorable for all the right reasons.
A video and consultation form will be sent to your email address on your first booking. The video is to assist you in creating your breathing space at home and prepare for your session. It is recommended to wear loose comfortable clothing and ensure no disturbances for the 90-120 minutes.
